Sophus Nutrition is your dietitian in your pocket. We make accessing a qualified dietitian easy and affordable. We combine evidence-based nutrition education with behaviour change principles to allow you to access the help you need to manage your health and nutrition. Sophus Nutrition includes a range of dietitian developed programs to help you meet your health goals. We offer four tiers of services – free nutrition tools; tailored nutrition education; direct messaging with a dietitian and our full tailored program including video consultations. Our curated health programs allow you to take some of the guesswork out of improving your health. Our medical nutrition diet programs require doctor-driven prescription. Our lifestyle nutrition plans can support your corporate health program, or you can choose the program that suits your needs best. All programs are dietitian-developed with high quality recipes, videos, fact sheets and motivation delivered when you need it most.
Within the Sophus App, we can provide nutrition services worldwide using our secure Telehealth (video consultations) platform, secure direct messaging, and education through your personalised curated nutrition content library.
For Doctors
Sophus delivers wise nutrition directly to your patients through the Sophus Nutrition app. We offer three levels of support to you and your patients to improve their nutrition. Medical Nutrition Therapy programs require a doctor (or dietitian) referral. They are designed to be dietitian developed, doctor prescribed and app supported. The app assists with compliance and self-management confidence.
For Corporate Teams
We provide world-class corporate nutrition programs including professional speaking, workshops, cooking demonstrations, education and policy development and health checks. To ensure our messages stick we combine these with technology and behavioural insights, delivering tailored nutrition programs to your individual team members through the Sophus Nutrition app.
